Designs and Colors Online
The designs and colors shown on this website are a good likeness to the garments produced, however the shade of colors can vary according to your online screen quality and settings used. You should not take the color shading as being 100% accurate. Our "Design Your Own" pages offer you a close likeness to how the finished product will look, but you should allow differences in the color
shades and also the width of the braid work and bindings.

Deliveries
With all products being made to the customer's specification, we expect to dispatch your order within 14 working days. Goods will be sent by Canada Post Recorded delivery or by a carrier for larger orders, and will need signing for on delivery. We will advise on request, the anticipated delivery date. If you have not received your order within the expected time, 14 - 21 days, please notify us giving details of your order number, name, address and contact details.

Damaged / Faulty Goods
In the event of the goods being damaged on arrival, or part/all of the order is not received within the specified time, please inform us within 10 days of receipt of the goods or the expected delivery date, otherwise no claim can be considered. Should you need to return any item, we recommend you obtain a certificate of posting from Canada Post or carrier used, to enable you to claim for any loss or damage in transit.

Refunds
Refunds will only be given for damaged or faulty goods. All our products are specially made for you, and are therefore considered a "one off" item and are not refundable. Please ensure that you select the correct size when ordering, by viewing the relevant size chart for the products ordered.

Prices and Availability
